You have 7 days after receiving your purchase to be eligible for a return. Only unused blenders will be accepted. You must contact and include your order number, original receipt, or e-mail confirmation. , Your item must be in the same condition as received, as well as It’s packaging. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted. Your refund will be processed and returned to the original form of payment used to place your order. Depending on your banking institution, it will take approximately 4-7 business days to see your refund appear back in your account.
